A Career Dedicated to Vestibular Care
Peyton LeBlanc, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing exclusively in vestibular rehabilitation and the treatment of dizziness and balance disorders. With a deep personal understanding of what it's like to live with chronic dizziness, Peyton founded LeBlanc Dizziness and Balance in September 2025 to provide the specialized, compassionate care that this underserved population needs.
Peyton holds a Certificate of Achievement in Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation from Duke University School of Medicine — one of the most rigorous vestibular training programs in the country. Directed by Richard Clendaniel, PT, PhD, FAPTA — co-author of the field's definitive textbook, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and former director of the vestibular program at Johns Hopkins — the program requires clinicians to demonstrate competency through practical, written, and video examinations covering oculomotor assessment, BPPV treatment across all canal variants, and management of both peripheral and central vestibular disorders.
Since graduating in 2023, Peyton has specialized exclusively in vestibular rehabilitation throughout his entire career, accumulating over 3,000 hours of specialized patient care treating dizziness and balance disorders in just three years — an exceptionally rare level of focused experience.
Previously serving as Clinic Director at Culicchia Neurological Clinic in Marrero, LA, Peyton founded LeBlanc Dizziness and Balance to continue serving this population with complete focus and freedom to provide truly patient-centric care.

A Personal Connection
Peyton has personally experienced chronic dizziness since 2016. This firsthand experience with the challenges, frustrations, and impact of vestibular disorders is what initially inspired him to dedicate his career to serving this population.
He understands not just the medical aspects of these conditions, but also the emotional toll they take and the determination it requires to pursue treatment and recovery.
"My goal is to help people suffering from dizziness and balance dysfunction reclaim their lives and return to the active lifestyles they love. Having lived with these challenges myself, I know how isolating and debilitating they can be. That's why I opened this practice — to provide the specialized, focused care that can truly make a difference. In Louisiana, access to this level of vestibular expertise is limited, and I'm committed to filling that need."
